Position: Program Director for Masters program "Expressive Arts in Conflict Transformation and Peacebuilding"

Description: Director will be responsible for developing and managing a new Masters Level Program in Expressive Arts and Conflict Transformation. This position will involve curriculum development, hiring of faculty, international networking to establish study/field work partnerships and research opportunities for students, and developing educational strategies and policies for successfully attracting an international student body. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in the context of worldwide conflict and crisis situations.
