Preparing your PhD Dissertation for the EGS website

As part of the PhD requirements we need: your dissertation, an abstract, and keywords (for our true master Google).
Please read the instructions below and email the web editor the following information:

  1. Your dissertation, preferably as a PDF in one file or if you can't PDF, a word doc in one file (I will PDF it out, let me know what the font is too) If there are images in your thesis, please compress them (and use 150 dpi). we are trying to keep the PDF below 1MB
  2. We also need an abstract, title, description and 20 keywords in a format that will fit the example below

Metatags

Key information for your metatags.
I am including a model from our Jean Baudrillard page, see below.

  1. Title: Name, Article Title, Source title and date (if applicable). Use Title Case. Not all UPPERCASE or lowercase. Change the original if necessary, consistency is the main thing.
  2. Description: Name, Article Title, key content.
  3. Abstract: Similar to the description but shorter (note this Baudrillard one below is the same and too long
  4. Keywords: List of keywords emphasis on the professor and the content of the lecture. Use only 20 of his most popular and important key terms and add the keywords from the page that appear to be the most relevant. Always list the most important keywords first Keywords can be determined through the followingservices:
